The Inverrary Association is a master association of multiple condominium and home owner associations that include both senior adult as well as family-oriented communities. The neighborhoods expand across 1,000 acres of land within the city of Lauderhill inside Broward county Florida.  The Inverrary Association is comprised of 7,500 apartments and homes or 18,000 members.  The homes vary in styles from lakefront villas, golf course apartments, townhouses, and homes on larger lots to multi-family unit buildings.

Our beautiful waterfall graces the Oakland Park entrance into the center of the communities. The Inverrary Association communities surround the Inverrary Country Club, two outstanding Robert Trent Jones, Sr. golf courses where the history and tradition of 15 PGA and LPGA tournaments live on.  Also included is the Environ Cultural Center, a resource for social, cultural and recreational activities including a theater, library, tennis, swimming, shuffleboard, billiards, bowling, exercise, meeting rooms, arts and crafts.

The Inverray Association neighborhood is located approximately the geographical center of Broward County and within minutes of the Ft Lauderdale beaches, the Ft Lauderdale International Airport, the Sawgrass Mills Mall (Florida’s largest outlet, value retail and entertainment destination), and the Bank Atlantic Sports Arena.

The purpose of the Inverrary Association is to assist the owners and associations in owning, managing and operating the properties, amenities, and facilities, not within a particular residential parcel of Inverrary, but for the use and benefit of all residents of Inverrary. It is also the purpose of this Association to carry out, implement and enforce the objectives and provisions of its Declarations and Articles.
